Cancellation Terms and Conditions
At Lincoln VIP Rides LLC, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fair treatment of our drivers and efficient business operations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframes and Charges

  1. Cancellations 24+ Hours Before Scheduled Trip

    • Full refund of any deposit or pre-payment

    • No penalty applied

    • No additional charges

  2. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Trip

    • 50% charge of total trip cost will be applied

    • Remaining deposit or pre-payment will be retained

    • Partial refund may be issued depending on circumstances

Special Circumstances

  • In case of extreme emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, our management may consider individual exceptions to this policy

  • Documented emergencies (such as medical incidents) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Booking Modifications

  • Changes to trip details made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge

  • Modifications within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may be subject to additional fees

Can We Bring Our Own Alcohol?

At Lincoln VIP Rides LLC, we prioritize compliance with local laws and the safety of our passengers. Please review our alcohol policy below:

  1. Alcohol Supply: Lincoln VIP Rides LLC does not hold a liquor license and, therefore, cannot provide or sell alcohol to passengers.

  2. Bring Your Own Beverages: Passengers are welcome to bring their own beverages onboard, with the exception of Jello shots, which are strictly prohibited.

  3. Legal Drinking Age: Alcohol consumption is only permitted for passengers who are 21 years of age or older. All passengers consuming alcohol must adhere to legal drinking age requirements.

  4. Passenger Responsibility: Passengers bringing alcohol assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations during the trip.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.


Do you charge a cleaning fee?

At Lincoln VIP Rides LLC, we maintain our fleet to the highest standards of cleanliness. Our standard cleaning services are included with every ride at no additional cost.

Excessive Cleaning Fee

While we expect our passengers to treat our vehicles with respect, we understand that accidents happen. However, if a vehicle requires extensive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, we will apply a clean-up fee, minimum of $100 depending on the amount of damage.

What Constitutes Excessive Dirt?

Examples of situations that may incur the clean-up fee include:

  • Significant spills

  • Excessive mud or dirt

  • Vomit or bodily fluid contamination

  • Large amounts of food debris

  • Stains that require professional detailing

Fee Application

  • The clean-up fee will be charged to the credit card used for the original booking

  • Passengers will be notified and provided with a detailed explanation of the charges

  • Payment is due immediately following the incident

Do You Allow Underage Passengers to Book?

At Lincoln VIP Rides LLC, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our passengers, especially minors. To ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain a secure environment, we have established the following policy for underage passengers:

Booking Requirements for Underage Passengers

  1. Adult Responsibility: All reservations for passengers under the age of 18 must be made by an adult (21 years or older) who assumes full responsibility for the minor(s).

  2. Booking Process:

    • The responsible adult must provide their full name, contact information, and relationship to the minor(s) when making the reservation.

    • The adult must confirm they have legal authority to make travel arrangements for the minor(s).

  3. Consent Form: A signed parental/guardian consent form may be required for certain services or longer trips.

  4. Identification: The responsible adult may be asked to provide a copy of their ID and the minor's ID (if applicable) for verification purposes.

  5. Accompaniment:

    • For passengers under 16, an adult must accompany the minor for the duration of the trip.

    • For passengers aged 16-17, solo travel may be permitted with additional documentation and prior approval.

  6. Special Instructions: Any special requirements or medical needs must be communicated at the time of booking.

  7. Liability: The adult making the reservation assumes all liability for the minor's behavior and any damages incurred during the trip.

  • Lincoln VIP Rides LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the underage passenger policy is not adhered to.

  • Our drivers are instructed to verify the identity and age of passengers if there is any doubt about their status as a minor.
